Product exchange and return cases
● The product shall be replaced and returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
● The order is exchanged or refunded, provided that the product is inside the original packaging of the factory.
● The order is received again by the shipping company, and the value of the product is refunded in cash, a voucher, bank transfer or Vodafone cash.
● The product can be replaced or returned in the event that an error order is received from the company, in which case the order is delivered back to the company and must maintain the condition in which it was delivered and that the packaging is intact and has no damage. Once we receive the return, we deposit the amount paid through the available methods .
Cases of non-exchange or return of the product
● If the return is requested outside the specified time frame of 14 days
● If the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition you received it in.
● Anything missing from the packaging you received including price tags, labels, original packaging, free accessories and any item with the product.
